製造業の皆様、毎々お世話になっております。
あわただしい12月。
あわただしくて、最近、よくアポを間違えます。（言い訳）
今日も、新潟の某上場企業専務とMTGの予定だったのですが（頭の中）
どうも、日にちを間違えていたようで・・・・(ToT)
(アポイントメントは明日でした。
いつもアホ役員あだちを可愛がってくださるとてもすばらしい「製造の神様」専務です。)
皆様、そんな、アホ・ボケ・バカあだちを、見捨てないで下さい・・・・。

「葛西臨海公園」
この風景。すごく落ち着く。夕方、よく走りに行っています・・・。
東京マラソンまであと１０４日。
月日は流れます。
先日は、40キロロードを終了しました。
時間は、4時間ちょっと。
信号待ちもある中、まずまず。（もちろんウェイティングはタイムストップ）
あだち、元プロキックボクサーである以上、
少なくとも自己ベストは「目標」
（ベスト3時間42分・・・「更新」を目標にはできない年齢体力衰えですね）で、
できれば4時間で帰ってきたい。
・・・中年のおっさんの青春をのんびり、楽しんでいます。
NC陸上部で経営管理グループのオレの秘書のホシマキが、
毎晩2時間LSD：Long Slow Distanceをやっているので、
それも、とてもよい励みになってます。
身近にがんばっている人がいる環境に自分があることを素敵に思う。
（ちなみに、ホシマキはNC女性陣では、
エミダスグループで新体操チャンピオンのかなぴぃや
メディアグループで器械体操選手で作家のヒノホシコに並ぶ、
抜群の運動神経の持ち主。彼女の娘の絵里チャンはテニスの日本ランカー。
ホシマキ、かなぴぃ、ヒノホシコに会いたい方は、
是非、12月12日の関東エミダスプロユーザー会に来てくださ〜い！！ｗｗｗ）
もちろん、自分の人生。
コツコツ、前を向いて走るだけ。
それだけだ。
『坂の上の雲』
〜旅順〜
日本陸軍は、伝統的体質として技術軽視の傾向があった。
敵の技術に対しては勇気と肉弾をもってあたるというのが、その誇りですらあった。
これはその創設者の性格と能力によるところが大きいであろう。
日本陸軍を創設したのは技術主義者の大村益次郎であった。
が、大村は明治二年に死に、そのあと長州奇兵隊あがりの山県有朋がそれを継いだ。
山県の保守的性格が、日本陸軍に技術重視の伝統を稀薄にしたということはいえるであろう。
技術面の二流性は、兵卒の血でおぎなおうとした。
経理マンを22年もやってると、とにかく、いろんな経営者や技術者や営業マン・・・に会う。
・・・・みんな、いろんなことを考えてるから。
社内営業が、社外営業より重かったり・・・。
いろんな思いを現場にぶつける。
技術を「机上の論」が越えている間は、まだまだ単なる「学生サークル」なんだろう。
技術を磨きたい。
技術で対価を得たい。
今日も、かなぴぃや、ミキさんが、図面や評定を持って、社内を動き回ってた。
普段は、ITやエミダスプロで活躍する彼ら（彼女ら）だが、図面対処もお手のもん。
NCの強さは、全スタッフが、図面を扱えるところ。
ファブレスメーカーとして加工取引ができるところが強い。
もっと、強くなりたい。
明日からも、みんなで、コツコツガンガンやっていくだけだ。
NCネットワークは、ものづくり企業だ。
製造業に関わるみんなの会社だ。
自営の町工場のように、私物扱いは許されない。
会社に、iPhoneなんかいらん。子供じゃあるまい。
それに、英語を話せないヤツが海外出張する意味がない。
この不況下、官費旅行か？
連続赤字のだらしない会社ほど、
社長や役員や社員の海外出張が多いものだが、
みなさんの会社は今年はいかがでしたか？
（海外出張すると仕事した気になってしまうんですよね。）
皆さん、今年何回海外出張しましたか？ビジネスに結びつきましたか？
結びつかないなら自腹で代金を負担しましたか？
ゴルフ目的や忘年会目的で海外出張された方はいませんでしたか？
（ちなみに、わがNC国際・戦略管理チームのあだちのチームメイトの金田さんは、
自腹で海外出張をする根性座った技術スタッフです。彼は、筋が通っています。）
NCジャパンも、NCチャイナも、
商流をつくれない社長や役員や社員なんかいらん。
「未来」を切り拓かなければ存在する意味がない。
NCネットワークグループは、日銭稼ぎのITベンチャーでも、
大手広告メディア企業や、スポンサー頼みの高収入あぶくゼニTV企業でもないはずだ・・・・。
ひたむきに、ひたすら、「ものづくり」をコツコツやっていく。
それがNCネットワークだー。
それだけだ。
海外に行くならば、
何かを求めて海外に行くのではなく、
何かを残して日本へ帰って来い！！
Obama: Carmakers need change at the top
President-elect demands restructuring as key senator says GM's Wagoner should resign.

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- President-elect Barack Obama announced support Sunday
for a short-term government bailout of the nation's carmakers that is tied to industry
restructuring, and he accused auto executives of a persistent "head-in-the sand approach"
to long-festering problems.
In an appearance on NBC's "Meet the Press" and later at a news conference,
Obama at one point suggested some executives should lose their jobs.
A leading Congressional Democrat, Sen. Christopher Dodd of Connecticut, was more blunt.
Rick Wagoner, the chief executive of General Motors Corp., "has to move on,"
said Dodd on CBS' "Face the Nation."
Congressional Democrats and the Bush White House had reached an agreement
in principle to provide stopgap support for the U.S. auto industry, congressional
and industry sources said late Friday.
The deal would keep the most troubled companies out of bankruptcy court at least
through the end of March.
Two officials familiar with the compromise talks told CNN that
the working target is $15 billion to $17 billion in bridge loans.
While the money is less than the $34 billion automakers were asking for in testimony
before Congress last week, the package is designed to keep them operating so that
the new Congress and the Obama administration will have at least a couple of months
to draft and pass a longer-term solution.
The break came Friday evening when House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., backed off
her opposition to using funds from a fuel-efficiency research program,
two congressional officials told CNN.
Congressional Republicans and President Bush had supported the idea of
tapping the $25 billion approved for that fund.
Democrat leaders had been arguing that the Treasury Department should help
the automakers using money from the $700 billion set aside for banks and Wall Street firms.
The Troubled Asset Relief Program, or TARP, was established in October.
A congressional source stressed that the agreement does not represent a final bill.
A statement from Pelosi said that assistance should be tied to restructurings and come
with taxpayer protections.
An auto-industry source told CNNMoney.com that it was too early to say there is a firm deal,
but that the change of heart by Pelosi on the source of funds for a bailout was a significant
step towards reaching an agreement.
In another significant sign of the improved chances for the bailout, both Pelosi and
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., issued statements saying they expected
to call the lame-duck Congress back into session for a vote on help for the auto industry.
As recently as Thursday, neither Pelosi nor Reid would commit to holding the vote
the automakers say they need in the coming two weeks.
But the leaders decided Friday to plan for a vote in the wake of the government's grim
employment report, which showed that the economy lost 533,000 jobs in November,
and the better reception the automakers' CEOs received on Capitol Hill at hearings
on Thursday and Friday.
"Today's announcement of major job losses and findings from congressional hearings from
the last two days make it clear that Congress must work on a bipartisan basis to provide
short-term and limited assistance to the automobile industry while it undertakes
major restructuring," said Pelosi.
Down to the wire
General Motors, the nation's largest automaker, has warned that it will run out of cash
to operate by the end of the year without federal assistance. And Chrysler LLC has indicated
it also is close to running out of money and will not get through the first quarter of the year
without help.
GM and Chrysler have argued that consumers would be reluctant to buy cars from a bankrupt
automaker. As a result, they say, bankruptcy filings would force them to go out of business
and liquidate their assets.
While the industry requested $34 billion in federal loans this week from Congress to help them
weather the current cash crisis sparked by the worst auto sales in 26 years,
their top executives indicated in testimony Friday that they could get
y with the lesser amount in order to make it through March.
GM Chief Executive Rick Wagoner said the company needs $4 billion by the end of the year
to avoid bankruptcy, another $4 billion in January and an additional $2 billion by the end of March.
Overall, GM is seeking up to $18 billion to get to 2010, when cost savings from
a 2007 labor contract will kick in.
Chrysler CEO Robert Nardelli indicated his company needed $4 billion early next year
out of the total of $7 billion it is asking for from Congress.
Ford, the third major U.S. automaker, has far more cash on hand and believes it will not need
federal loans in order to survive. But it is asking for access to up to $9 billion in loans as a
"backstop" in case business conditions are worse than its executives forecast next year.

あんな給与なら、社員たちが路頭に迷っても誰も同情をしないだろう。
とはいっても、経済が傾いては意味がない。
どうやって、救うのか・・・・・。
問題は、その救い方。
いかに、調整をしながらやっていくのか・・・・。
それがすべて。
税金を使うな！とかそんなヤワな正義論で片付く話でもあるまい。
こんなに文化や正義が発展してきた世の中だが、不合理さ、傲慢さとは表裏一体。
「政策」・・・・。
政治力学。
それがすべてだ。

モノづくりの喜びとは何だろうか。
人が幸せになる製品をつくること。
自動車も携帯電話もパソコンも人々の生活を豊かにするものだ。
製品は一人の男の夢・ロマンから始まる。
本田宗一郎、井深大、先達は常に世界を見据えてモノづくりをしてきた。
自分のつくったモノが世界中に広がっていく夢をみていたから、実現した。
思考は現実化する。
夢がなければ始まりはない。
この偉大なロマンチスト達に続いて、夢を追いかけよう。
規模や利益にではなく、社会に貢献できる製品を作っていく夢を・・・
いま、日本人はこの夢を追い求めることを忘れてはいないだろうか？
一時的に日本製造業は苦しい。
だからといって、夢まであきらめる必要はない。
